Privacy Policy of Club Tennis Agadir Training
This policy explains what personal data Club Tennis Agadir Training collects when you get in touch, why it is processed, how long it is kept and what rights you can exercise.
Who is responsible for your data

The data we handle
For enquiries and registrations, we collect the data you send us yourself when you contact us or register someone for one of our programmes:
- your first and last name;
- your phone number and email address;
- the content of your message or request;
- for a registration, the details the chosen programme requires (the player’s age or the preferred time slot, for instance).
Today this data reaches us by phone, on WhatsApp and by email. The forms on the site are not yet connected to a recording system: for now they neither store nor send any data. This page will be updated before they go live.
The site does not measure its audience: no browsing data is collected, by us or by a third party, and nothing feeds advertising profiling.
Why we handle it
- answering your enquiry or your request for a call back;
- managing a registration for the school, a camp, a tennis holiday or a lesson;
- arranging a court booking and warning you if anything changes;
- sending you our news if you have subscribed to it — and only in that case.
Your data serves no other purpose. It is never sold, rented or traded.
On what legal basis
- Your newsletter consent, for sending news: you can withdraw it at any time, without having to give a reason.
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, for a registration, a booking or a quote you have asked for.
- Our legitimate interest in answering the requests addressed to us and keeping an ordinary record of our exchanges with club members.
- A legal obligation, where the law requires us to keep certain information, accounting records in particular.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry with no follow-up: up to 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted.
- Registration or booking file: for the duration of your relationship with the club, then for the period our legal and accounting obligations require.
- News subscription: until you unsubscribe.
Beyond those periods, the data is deleted or anonymised.
Who has access to it
Depending on the processing, your data is accessible to authorised club staff and to hosting or email providers acting on the club’s instructions. No data is passed to an audience-measurement service: the site uses none. Data is disclosed to an authority only where the law compels us.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction: access limited to those who need it, password-protected accounts, and an encrypted connection to the site (HTTPS).
Your rights
At any time you may ask for:
- access to the data we hold about you;
- its correction if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- its erasure;
- restriction of, or objection to, its processing;
- its portability, that is, delivery in a reusable format;
- withdrawal of your consent, where processing rests on it.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the competent supervisory authority: in Morocco, the Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel (CNDP); in the European Union, the data protection authority of your country of residence.
Cookies
Cookies are covered on a separate page:cookie policy. The site uses no audience-measurement tool and loads no analytics script: no statistics cookie is stored on your device, and no consent is requested from you on that ground. Only the booking module’s technical cookies remain, which its operation requires. No advertising cookie is used.

This site links to services we do not control (Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp). This policy does not apply to them: we encourage you to read theirs.

This policy may change as the site or the law evolves. Any change is published on this page, and the last-updated date below is revised.
